Pilates Concepts of Houston does recognize the need in the fitness community for special assistance to modify, support, or enhance the Pilates experience. We have made a bulletin board for independent teachers to post their business cards so you can contact them directly for a one on one session. All the teachers are certified with varied levels of experience and cost.
